Guri is a semi-dry, fruity white wine with pronounced acidity to balance an intensely fruity and sweet aromatic bouquet. It's a white wine where aromas of orchard fruits stand out among floral fragrances and citrus notes of good intensity, along with a persistent and delicious acidity.
Winemaking:
Guri is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde wine Region with white grape varieties of Alvarinho and Loureiro. The wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, and the fermentation process was interrupted by cooling the temperature of the vats to preserve the sugar of the must. After the fermentation process, the wine stayed in contact with fine lees, where it was subjected to a regular stirring prior to being decanted, mixed and bottled.

Guri is a young and fruity white wine that presents an extraordinary balance between sweetness and persistent acidity. It displays a fruity profile where orchard fruit stands out along with aromas of ripe citrus, floral fragrances and a delicious freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
