Vale da Pia is a very interesting and elegant white wine from the Douro region. It has a medium body, citrus aromas, floral nuances and subtle tropical fruit flavours. It is a mineral white wine, fresh and with a very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Vale da Pia is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes of Rabigato, Códega do Larinho, and Arinto. The wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel vats. After the fermentation process, the wine was staged in stainless steel cubes, for 6 months, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vale da Pia is a white wine with citrus aromas that presents nuances of tropical fruits and floral notes. It is a white wine from the Douro region, fresh and mineral and that finishes with a very elegant finish supported by a very polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
