Quinta do Valdoeiro Chardonnay is a white wine with tropical aromas and hints of citric fruits from the region of Bairrada. It's a wine with an elegant texture, subtle flavours of white flowers and plenty of minerality.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Valdoeiro Chardonnay is a white wine produced only with Chardonnay white grapes, from the region of Bairrada. The alcoholic fermentation, occurred at low temperatures, in oak wood barrels, and it stayed for 8 months in stainless steel tanks, prior to filtration and bottling.
