Poças Fora da Serie Mais is a complex and full-bodied white wine, with a seductive and aromatic profile and a circus character. It is an unctuous white wine, with floral notes and aromas of honey, ripe citrus fruits, such as mandarins and peach, mixed with hints of almond and toast. It is a mineral wine, extraordinarily fresh, balanced and with sublime citrus acidity.
Winemaking:
Poças Fora de Série Acrobata is a white wine produced from autochthonous white grapes of Arinto from old vines planted in the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process in news French oak vats, the wine was transferred to old French oak barrels where it has remained in contact with fine lees and was subjected to a regular stirring, for 18 months, prior to being bottled.

Poças Fora da Serie Mais is a white wine of enormous elegance and complexity, mixing deeply tropical and balsamic aromas, with fresh notes of ripe citrus fruit. It is a white wine with notes of honeycomb, mandarin and peaches mixed with nuances of roasted almonds and vanilla. It has fantastic acidity and disconcerting minerality.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
