Quinta da Falorca Rosé, was produced from a careful selection of grapes in the harvest. The grapes are destemmed and crushed to extract the musts. The fermentation occurred for 29 days at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats with slight initial maceration. It staged 12 months in stainless steel vats plus 6 months in bottle before being marketed.

Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10ºC.
Quinta de Santiago is a very delicate rosé wine with a crystalline appearance and salmon colour. It presents elegant and subtle wild red fruit flavors. It is a structured, fresh and mineral rosé wine, with fantastic acidity.
Quinta dos Avidagos is a rosé wine from the Douro wine region that presents a cherry red colour and intense aromas of wild red fruits, nuances of pomegranate peel, raspberries and ends with delicious and subtle citrus aromas.
Adega de Borba is a rosé wine with aromas of wild fruits from the region of Alentejo, with ripe aromas, fantastic minerality, some nuances of currants and raspberries and a remarkable balance with its acidity.

Quinta de Cidrô Rosé is an expressive wine from the Douro region with fine and delicate aromas of raspberry and gooseberry and hints of roses fragrances. It is a balanced and elegant wine, with good fruit and good acidity.
Moinante is a complex, aromatic and very elegant rosé wine from the Alentejo region. It presents a very beautiful color of light salmon and floral aromas, together with flavors of wild red fruits and subtle balsamic hint. It is a full-bodied rosé wine, with very balanced acidity and outstanding minerality.
