Ramos Pinto Lagrima Red Port has a fresh and lively aroma with nuances of grapes, cherries, redcurrant, Morello cherries, raspberries and a hint of citrus fruits. It's velvety with very light touches of silky tannins and a very long finish, with flavours of fresh red berries and citrus.

Ramos Pinto Lagrima Red Port being the sweetest of all Port wines with around 140 grams of sugar per liter the grapes need to be those who are harvested from the regions where a high degree of ripeness is achieved. They are subjected to intense skin maceration in accordance with the old Port wine tradition.

Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão.
Tasting Notes:
As implied by the name, Lagrima Red comes from the lágrimas (tears) of the wine that flows in the glass. This Lagrima Port presents a refreshing, lively and fruity aroma.The palate is velvety and has a very long finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served chilled, between 6° and 10°C. Store the bottle upright, in a cool, dry and dark place.
