Cardo Premium is a fresh and unctuous white wine, distinguished by its elegance, aromas, and delicate floral notes. It reveals aromas of citrus fruits, orange blossom, dried fruits, and stone fruits, along with very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Cardo Premium is a white wine produced from organically treated Siria grapes. The grapes were destemmed, crushed, and transferred to stainless steel fermentation tanks, where they fermented at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine aged on fine lees, with weekly battonage, until bottling.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
