Pormenor Reserva is a remarkable's white wine, with a silky and velvety texture and a mineral note and very fresh character. It is a very soft and elegant white wine, showing citrus notes and balsamic notes along with very pleasant acidity.
Winemaking:
Pormenor Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of old vines of Rabigato, and Malvasia Fina from the Douro wine region. After a gentle crushed and a total destemming of the grapes, the musts were transferred to stainless steel tanks where it has occurred the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. Then the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, during 10 months prior to being decanted, filtrated, and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Pormenor Reserva is a white wine of enormous quality, showing citrus aromas and delicate floral perfumes. It is dry, fresh and mineral, with balsamic notes and fantastic citrus acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
