Costa Boal Undated is a white wine composed of a blend of 3 batches from the 2015, 16 and 2018 harvests. It is a wine that displays a complex aromatic bouquet, with aromas of tropical fruit and ripe citrus fruits. Displays floral fragrances, minneral and fresh profile and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Costa Boal Undated is a white wine produced with white grape varieties of Códega do Larinho, Rabigato, Gouveio and Arinto of old vines from the Douro wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has maturated for 3 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months. This white wine is the ultimate resulted of the 3 different batches, from the 2015, 16 and 2018 harvests.

Tasting Notes:
Costa Boal Undated is a white wine that displays a very citrus colour, highlighting the age of the blend. It presents extraordinary aromas of tropical fruit and very ripe citrus fruits, showing no oxidative signs. Finishes fresh, mineral, with a velvety citrus body and fabulous acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
