Trinca Bolotas is a white wine from the Alentejo region, fresh, irreverent and with predominantly citrus aromas. It presents notes of orchard fruits, pear and golden apple, together with notes of ripe citrus. It is an elegant white wine, with extraordinary minerality and citric acidity.

Trinca Bolotas is a white wine produced with white grapes of Arinto, Antão Vaz from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine has been transferred to stainless steel vats, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 3 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Trinca Bolotas is a floral white wine, aromatic and with exuberant flavours. Presents notes of ripe citrus such as grapefruit with torn citrus nuances. It is a fresh, elegant white wine with a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC
