Casa Ferreirinha Vinha Grande is a great white wine from the Douro. It features an intense and complex aroma alongside floral fragrances, white fruits flavours such as pear and melon and a smooth tropical fruit aroma. Its core springs a stony character that it has great minerality with a very discrete wood.
Casa Ferreirinha Grande Vinha | DOC Douro White Wine
Winemaking:
Casa Ferreirinha Vinha Grande is a white wine produced from traditional grape varieties of the Douro region as Viosinho, Códega, Arinto and Gouveio. After a prolonged maceration the fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature in oak barrels with fine lees, and the wine is subjected to a smooth stirring. It stays for 3 months in oak barrels prior light filtration, and the bottling. The wine has a short period of maturated in the bottle.

Viosinho, Códega, Arinto, Gouveio.

Casa Ferreirinha Vinha Grande is a Douro's white wine with a great structure, a lively acidity and an extraordinary freshness. The presence of white fruits aromas and of the floral hints gives a great balance to the wine.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 14ºC.
