Adega de Borba is a white wine produced in the Alentejo region with white grapes varieties such as Arinto, Antão Vaz and Roupeiro. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, and its stayed 6 months in stainless steel tanks prior to being decantated, filtrated and bottled.

Adega de Borba is a citric and mineral white wine from the Alentejo region, with aromas of ripe tropical fruits and a very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
