Herdade do Rocim Verdelho is an extraordinary white wine that displays a velvety and silky structure, and dominant tropical aromas in a bouquet still marked by citrus notes, floral notes and balsamic nuances along with extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Rocim Verdelho is a white wine produced with white grapes of Verdelho planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation, the wine stayed in contact with fine lees, where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.
