Caracol dos Profetas Fazendas da Areia is a complex, enigmatic white wine, extraordinarily mineral, despite its very gastronomic aromaticity. It presents notes of tropical fruit, such as passion fruit and pineapple, iodized notes, citrus notes of grapefruit and mandarin orange and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Caracol dos Profetas Fazendas da Areia is a white wine produced from autochthonous white grapes from the Madeira's Islad wine region of Caracol. After 4 days of a macerated process, the wine has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then the wine was transferred to new's French oak barrels where it has subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Caracol dos Profetas Fazendas da Areia is a fantastic, unusual and intensely aromatic white wine from the wine region of Madeira Island. Displays notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and iodized aromas along with very balanced acidity and enormously mineral structure.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
