Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva is a white wine from the Dão Region with complex fruity aromas as dried fruit notes, green pear, white fruits and some vanilla. It has a very well-balanced acidity, with very good density and very aromatic finish.
Winemaking:
Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva est un vin blanc de Dão produit avec Verdelho et Encruzado's Grapes. Le vin a été fermenté dans des cuves en acier inoxydable pendant 30 jours et il est resté 30 mois sur des fûts de chêne usagés et neufs, sans aucun dérangement jusqu'à la décantation, la filtration, le mélange final et la mise en bouteille.
