Caminhos Cruzados Colheita is an elegant, fresh white wine with an open and expressive aromatic bouquet. It displays vibrant citrus notes, tropical nuances and light aromas of wood barrel. It is a white wine that presents mineral notes, some salinity and notes of wet stone along with very well integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Caminhos Cruzados Colheita is a white wine produced with Encruzado, Cerceal-Branco, and Malvasia-Fina white grape varieties of old vines from the Dão wine region. After stemming and crushing, the wine was separated from the skins, then subject to static decantation for clarification, fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It was aged for approximately 6 months in used French oak barrels.

Caminhos Cruzados Colheita is a quality white wine that presents complexity and elegance. It presents notes of vibrant and fresh citrus fruits, along with tropical notes and balsamic nuances. It is a mineral white wine, with an open aromatic bouquet and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
