Bacalhôa Chardonnay is a white wine produced with white Chardonnay grapes grown in the wine region of the Península de Setúbal. After the pressing process, the wine fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. After the fermentation process, 71% of the wine aged for 4 months in new French oak barrels, before being bottled.

Bacalhôa Chardonnay is a mineral and intense white wine, with subtle aromas of tropical fruits, combined with toasted nuances from contact with the wood. In the mouth, we find strong flavours of yellow fruits, together with perfect acidity. The finish is long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
