Quinta da Mimosa is an extraordinarily concentrated red wine from the Palmela wine region of unparalleled elegance and intense aromas of red berries. Featuring nunces of mint and basil, ground black pepper, vanilla and balsamic aromas, it is a robust red wine of potent tannins and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta da Mimosa is a red wine produced from autochtonous red grapes of Castelão from the wine region of Palmela. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel vats, the wine has been transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees and where it has been subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Quinta da Mimosa is a fine, elegant and extremely vigorous red wine from the region of Palmela. It has aromas of wild berries, ripe figs, fresh nuances of mint leaves, vanilla notes, mineral notes along succulent and sharp tannins and an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
