Tapada das Lebres Premium is a red wine with an elegant profile, velvety texture and intensely aromatic. It presents ripe red fruit notes, involved in balsamic nuances, round tannins and soft acidity.
Winemaking:
Tapada das Lebres Premium is a red wine produced with red grapes of Syrah, Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon and Alicante Bouschet planted in the Alentejo wine region The grapes were vinified separately and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats prior to being subjected to a long maceration. The wines were aged in French and American oak barrels, for 12 months, prior to being blended and bottled.

Tapada das Lebres Premium is a rich and elegant red wine that presents, velvety structure and medium body. It's built from a rich and aromatic structure with intense red fruit aromas, notes of bergamot and vanilla, spices and floral hints. It is a red wine with balsamic and silky tannins and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
