Foral D'Evora is an elegant red wine, very fruity, and exhibits concentrated aromas of ripe black fruit. Aromas of black plums, blackberries and cherries stand out, along with delicious balsamic, with notes of vanilla and dry tobacco leaves. With fleshy tannins, it presents impeccable freshness and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Foral D'Evora is a red wine produced with red grapes of Aragonez, Trincadeira, and Alicante Bouschet, planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to news French oak barrels for 12 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Foral D'Evora is a red wine of great aromatic quality and fruit concentration. It presents firm and fleshy tannins, led by primary aromas of ripe black fruit and extraordinary balsamic aromas. It is a red wine full of ripe fruit, fresh and with very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
