Vinha da Coutada Velha is a red wine that reveals great aromatic intensity and ripe aromas of black fruit. It displays perfumes of fig leaf, black cherry and black plum jam, along with balsamic aromas and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinha da Coutada Velha is a red wine produced with red grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon, Trincadeira, Syrah, and Aragonês planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels for 9 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Vinha da Coutada Velha is a red wine with complex and elegant aromas that display notes of ripe black fruits, delicate balsamic touches, fruity tannins and very well-defined acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
