Cavalo Bravo is a delicate, fruity and aromatic red wine. From clean aromas to ripe red fruits, it displays an elegant profile, with delicate notes of flowers and balsamic aromas. It presents mineral nuances, velvety tannins and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Cavalo Bravo is a red wine produced from red grapes of Castelão, Trincadeira, and Aragonês. After a short period of maceration with the skins and the stalks, at cold temperatures, the wine has fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine has stayed for 3 months in used's French oak barrels, prior to being bottled.

Cavalo Bravo is a fruity, elegant and rich red wine from the Tejo wine region. It spread wonderful aromas of ripe red fruits, along with balsamic notes and velvety and juicy tannins. It is a fresh red wine that ends with delicate acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
