Caminhos Cruzados Colheita is a very elegant red wine in its aromatic bouquet, which displays aromas of ripe red fruits, along with notes of plum and black cherry. It is a red wine with soft tannins, pure aromas, slight balsamic and delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Caminhos Cruzados Colheita is a red wine produced from the red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro Preto, Tinta Roriz, and Jaen from the Dão wine region. After partial destemming, and pressing, the wine was macerated with the skins prior to being transferred to stainless steel vats where the fermentation process took place. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it was subjected to regular stirring for 4 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Caminhos Cruzados Colheita is a red wine that displays a lot of personality due to the batch of autochthonous red varieties typical of the Dão region. It is characterized by purity in aromas of red fruits and ripe black fruits, light balsamic notes and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
