Alice Vieira de Sousa is a very fresh and elegant red wine, with lively aromas of ripe red fruits, violets, dark chocolate and heather. It is a red wine with juicy and soft tannins, with a mineral profile and very balanced acidity
Winemaking:
Alice Vieira de Sousa is a red wine produced from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, and Tinta Amarela, autochthonous red grapes from the Douro wine region. After a gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine was remained for 8 months, where it was in contact with the lees, prior to being decanted, filtered, and bottled.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Amarela.
Tasting Notes:
Alice Vieira de Sousa is a red wine from the Douro wine region that presents an open ruby color, a very elegant structure, and clean aromas of ripe red fruits. From lively and fruity tannins it has good mineral notes.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
