Winemaking:
A wine produced from a careful selection of grapes in the harvest. The grapes are destemmed and crushed to extract the musts. The fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures in granitic mills with very prolonged maceration, in contact with the skins. Aging was 25% in stainless steel tanks and 75% in new French oak barrels for 12 months followed by 6 months in the bottle.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro Preto.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Pêra Doce Premium is a robust, complex red wine which presents intense aromas of ripe red fruits, nuances of ripe black fruits, such as blackberries, cherries and plums. It is a red wine that presents imposing, solid and fruity tannins with a dry touch, balsamic aromas and very balanced acidity.

Azul Portugal Palmela is a very round, perfumed red wine from the region of Palmela. It is dominated by intense aromas of ripe black fruits such as cherries, blueberries and black plums, integrated with notes of wood, solid tannins and a very well-built acidity.
Alento is a fresh and elegant red wine from the Alentejo region. Highlights include the aromas of young, ripe red fruits, mineral notes, and polished and soft tannins along with a sublime acidity.
Quinta da Manoella Vinhas Velhas is an extremely elegant and velvety red wine from the Douro region. On the nose, it is a very expressive wine, with notes of dark chocolate, sweet fruit, and mineral touches. In the mouth, it presents firm but polished tannins, with an extraordinary acidity and a very long and fresh finish.
Quinta Vale do Bragão Reserva is a red wine with complex, rich and intensely fruity aromas from the Douro region. It has a robust maturity in aromas of black fruits, such as cherries, blackberries, and plums in perfect harmony with the balsamic, vanilla, spice notes and a great freshness.
