Winemaking:
This red wine, Quinta da Falorca Garrafeira 2007, was produced from a careful selection of grapes in the harvest. The grapes are destemmed and crushed to extract the musts. The fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures in granitic mills with very prolonged maceration, in contact with the skins with 60% of the batch to be aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and the remaining 40% aged 24 months in French oak barrels. At the end of the two years, they spent 30 more months in the bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Paço dos Infantes Touriga Nacional is a fruity, elegant and very aromatic red wine from the Alentejo wine region. It is a red wine that presents an intense ruby colour, aromas of ripe black fruits, dominated by notes of cherries and ripe plum. With soft floral perfumes, elegant balsamic notes, polished tannins and extremely delicate acidity stand out.
Proibido Vinha Velha do Pombal is a red wine from the Douro wine region that has an authentic, rustic profile marked by the enormous aromatic intensity and tannic structure. Casa Burmester Reserva is an elegant, and complex red wine from the Douro region. It shows several wild berries aromas on its aromatic bouquet, and it's very well balanced by its balsamic scents, spices and delicious fragrances of vanilla. It is a very smooth and rich red wine with a very pleasant acidity.
Quinta do Coa Reserva is an organic red wine from the Douro region, elegant, polished, with mineral notes such as rock and humid soil very well integrated into notes of ripe red fruits such as raspberries, red cherries, and cassis. Of solid and austere tannins, it also features a delicious acidity.
Furtiva Lágrima is a mature, opulent, full-bodied, and rich red wine. It is a wine of enormous quality, dense, intensely aromatic and fresh. With fleshy and fruity tannins, it expresses a deep and delicate elegance in the aromas of ripe black fruits, balsamic notes, and sublime acidity.
