Bota Velha Vinha Antiga is a complex red wine from the Douro wine region. Of exuberant aromatic concentration, it presents intense aromas of wild red fruits, notes of pine resin, and mineral notes combined with potent fruit aromas. With solid and well-structured tannins, it presents an enormous structure, density, and very balanced acidity.

Winemaking:
Bota Velha Vinha Antiga is a red wine produced from a mixture of red grape varieties, from the Douro wine region. After a gentle press with total destemming, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine has macerated for 26 days with stalks and the peels. The wine has maturated in news French oak barrels for 12 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Bota Velha Vinha Antiga is an opulent and elegant red wine from the Douro wine region. With very intense fruit aromas, it spreads flavours of red berries, raspberries, and red cherries wrapped in perfumes of wet granite and moist soil. Its freshness it's balanced by solid and juicy tannins and a smooth acidity.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
