Campolargo Dão Vinha das Cerejas is an extraordinary and complex red wine. It presents an open aromatic bouquet, full of notes of ripe black fruits such as cherries, plums, and floral nuances. It finishes with wonderful and juicy tannins and very polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Campolargo Dão Vinha das Cerejas is a red wine produced from indigenous red grapes from Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, and Tinta Pinheira from the Dão wine region. After a gentle pressing, with total destemming, the grapes were separately fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine aged in used French oak barrels, for 12 months before being mixed and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Campolargo Dão Vinha das Cerejas is a red wine of enormous character, opulent and rich in aromas of ripe black fruits. It presents good balsamic notes, notes of vanilla and dry tobacco leaf, along with aromas of ripe black cherries, black plums and blackberries. With superb tannins and austere finishes fresh and with a very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
