Conde D'Ervideira Private Selection is a robust and complex red wine from the Alentejo wine region. From well-highlighted notes to ripe red fruits and notes of violet, it is a red wine with sober and imposing tannins, velvety structure and mineral notes. It is an intensely aromatic, fresh and very elegant red wine.
Winemaking:
Conde D'Ervideira Private Selection is a red wine produced with the best red grapes of Touriga Nacional, and Alicante Bouschet planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 12 months, in contact with lees, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Conde D'Ervideira Private Selection is an intensely aromatic, concentrated red wine whish presents with extraordinary aromatic complexity. Aromas of ripe red fruit and violet notes stand out, along with balsamic nuances, spices and dark chocolate. With a vanilla scent, it highlights vigorous tannins, full of fruit and minerality and ends in polished and elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
