Mula Velha Premium is a high quality, complex red wine, full of fresh aromas of red wild fruits and vanilla nuances. It presents smooth tannins, subtle notes of wood, and very balanced acidity. It is a dense red wine, with medium body, and persistent aromas.
Winemaking:
Mula Velha Reserva is a red wine produced from red grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, and Touriga Nacional planted in the Lisboa wine region. After a short period of maceration with the skins and the stalks, at cold temperatures, the wine has fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Part of the batch has rested, for 12 months, in French oak barrels, and the rest in stainless steel tanks, in contact with the lees. For the last, the wine was decanted, filtrated, blended, and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Mula Velha Premium is an elegant, robust, and extremely high-quality red wine, showing a fine aromatic bouquet, exquisite with aromas of wild red fruits and floral notes, such as violets and dried flowers. It is a red wine with soft and round tannins, accompanied by balsamic aromas, and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
