Winemaking:
This red wine from the Region of Dão, Vinha Paz Harvest, was harvested by hand and was trodden in granite wineries. The fermentation took place at controlled temperatures with prolonged maceration, in contact with the skins, in granite stone vats. Aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels for 8 months before bottling.

Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Alfrocheiro Preto, Tinta Roriz.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Crasto Superior features a deep violet colour. It's very expressive and has intense aromas, with fresh berry fruit in perfect harmony with elegant gum cistus notes and soft spices.
