Manoella is a red wine, produced from indigenous red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Francisca from the Douro region. After a short maceration of 8 days, at cold, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then, the wine has been transferred to 2 and 3 years old used's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 16 months prior to being bottled.

Manoella is a rich, intense red wine with very elegant tannins from the Douro region. From intense aromas to matured black fruits, the fruit s are perfectly wrapped in the subtle nuances of wood, black chocolate, vanilla, and spices. Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges began their adventure in 2001. At first, they had no vineyards of their own but had a common dream of developing a personal project in which they could express their enological vision.
