Paço dos Infantes Trincadeira is a complex and rich red wine. Presenting itself robust and elegant, in the mouth, it shows aromas of wild red fruits, floral aromas, and hints of spices. It is a mineral wine, very balanced and elegant and that ends with polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Paço dos Infantes Trincadeira is a red wine produced with red grapes of Trincadeira planted in the Alentejo wine region. The grapes were vinified at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats prior to being subjected to a long maceration. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, with regular stirring, prior to being blended and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
