Castelinho Grande Reserva is a fruity red wine with complex aromas. Exhibiting an aromatic profile dominated by ripe red fruit aromas, it displays well-defined tannins along with delicious balsamic aromas and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Castelinho Grande Reserva is a red wine produced with red grape varieties of Touriga Nacional, Sousão, and Tinta Roriz from the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process, which took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and subjected to regular stirring for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Castelinho Grande Reserva is a fruity full-bodied red wine with a very pleasent and elegant tannic structure. Exhibiting aromas of ripe red fruits, it presents delicious balsamic notes such as vanilla and spices along with delicate floral fragrances and soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
The bottle should be stored lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
