Quinta dos Avidagos is an elegant's red wine, full of mineral nuances and aromatic intensity. It is a velvety red wine, without passing through wood, but presenting a wide and intense aromatic spectrum with very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta dos Avidagos is a red wine produced from autochthones red grapes of Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca, and Touriga Nacional of the Douro wine region. After a short maceration, the fermentation has occurred, at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wines have stayed in stainless steel tanks, in contact with lees, where it was subjected to constant remounts, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Quinta dos Avidagos is a mineral and elegant red wine from the Douro region. It has a wide aromatic intensity and the presence of ripe ripe fruits, with flavours of wild red fruits and fresh notes of wet granite and shale. It ends with round tannins, and juicy with soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
