Pacheca Premium is a round, balanced red wine with prominent aromas of ripe black fruits within its aromatic bouquet. It displays notes of black plums and blackberries, hints of vanilla and nutmeg, along with very delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Pacheca Premium is a red wine produced from the autochthonous red grapes of Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Nacional, from the Douro wine region. After partial destemming, and pressing, the wine was macerated with the skins prior to being transferred to stainless steel vats where the fermentation process took place. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it was subjected to regular stirring for 12 months prior to being bottled.

Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional.
Tasting Notes:
Pacheca Premium is a very elegant red wine, balanced between fruity aromas, soft tannins and polished acidity. It displays ripe black fruit in its aroma, with hints of blackberries and ripe plums, balsamic notes and mineral notes that give it great freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
