Contraste is a Red Wine from the Douro Valley, packed with red fruits, black cherries with, nuances of tobacco, eucalyptus, and graphite. It's a dense and fresh red wine with good roughness and a very long ending.

Winemaking:
Contraste is a Red Wine produced predominantly with native grapes from the Douro Valley. It is aged in used, 3-years-old, oak barrels for 12 months (70% of the batch) and it's released on market, after a further stage, of 8 months, in the bottle.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Sousão.
Tasting Notes:
Contrast is a red wine with an austere profile, full of quality fruit, and features several nuances of spices. It shows solid but rounded tannins, revealing a wine of extreme elegance and harmonious.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
Deep garnet coloured. Rich and intense aroma of red fruit and spices. Round and smooth taste with a long finish.
Fruity aromas dominated by nuances of forest fruits and strawberry. In the mouth, we find flavors that are identical to the aromas, integrated with a structure of soft tannins.
Light in colour, with shades of violet. Very fresh aromas with notes of spices and floral fragrances. Deep and complex, with an intense mineral profile. In the mouth, it is harmonious, with a good balance. The tannins are fine and delicate with a structure of medium and mineral freshness.
Sino da Romaneira is a red wine with pure and fine expressions of delicious wild red fruit aromas. It is a red wine with a delicate composition, highlighting different aromas of wild red fruits and notes of ripe black fruits. It is an elegant red wine with soft and juicy tannins, mineral notes and very elegant acidity.
Azul Portugal Bairrada is red wine with lovely ripe fruit aromas, a poised structure, notes of vanilla, spices, and plums and cherries hints. It has fine tannins and a wonderful minerality alongside a great acidity.
This wine reveals the warm friendly fruiteness of the main grape varieties of the Alentejo Region.
