Infiel is an elegant and fruity red wine from the Douro, with aromas of ripe red fruits, cocoa, and soft wood notes. In the mouth, it is elegant, with good acidity and velvety tannins. The finish is structured and harmonious.
Winemaking:
Infiel is a red wine produced from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz Sousão and Tinto Cão grapes from the Douro region. After a gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine remains for 10 months in French oak barrels prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Infiel is a red wine from the demarcated Douro region that is elegant, fresh and rich. It presents ripe aromas of red fruits and well-integrated wood notes. In the mouth, it is refined, with velvety tannins and acidity, and a juicy finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
