Ciconia Premium is an elegant and aromatically rich red wine. It displays good concentration, aromas of wild black fruits and ripe red fruits, balsamic notes such as vanilla and coconut, and very delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Ciconia Premium is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, and Syrah planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process, which occurred at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French oak barreçs where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 9 months, prior to being bottled.

Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Syrah.
Tasting Notes:
Ciconia Premium is a rich, intense, and fruity red wine. It displays notes of ripe black fruits, along with wild red fruits, balsamic notes, delicate tannins with a light floral note, and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
