Tapada das Lebres Syrah is a red wine that displays intense and long-lasting aromas of red fruits and black fruits. It has a complex and fresh aromatic bouquet, with fleshy and fruity tannins, delicious balsamic aromas and an extraordinarily delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Tapada das Lebres Syrah is a red wine produced with red grapes of Syrah, planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to French and American oak barrels for 8 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tapada das Lebres Syrah is an aromatically complex and intense red wine, revealing the exuberance of ripe wild red fruits, with macerated black fruit and balsamic aromas. It is a fresh red wine with polished tannins and delicate acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
