Conde D'Ervideira Vinho da Água is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira, Tinta Caiada, and Alicante Bouschet planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was stayed, for 8 months, in contact with lees. Then the wine was bottled and submerged in the calm waters of the Alqueva dam, in Alentejo, where it matured at a depth of 30m over 8 months.

Tasting Notes:
Conde D'Ervideira Vinho da Água is a complex red wine, with a long aromatic spectrum, intense and very elegant. It is a red wine that has a clear, pure structure, with delicate floral aromas, ripe black fruit flavours and very soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
Ribeiro Santo Vinha da Neve is a red wine of extreme elegance. On the nose, it presents a complex aroma with an emphasis on dark fruits, flowers from the forest, and light pepper. In the mouth, it presents robust tannins, well-integrated acidity, and a long finish.
CH By Chocapalha is a red wine from the Douro region with a good concentration on the nose and refined aromas of ripe red fruit and small floral touches. In the mouth, it has a good structure, with ripe tannins and well-integrated wood notes. The ending is rich and long.
Triunvirato nº. 7 is a red wine from the Bairrada region of great aromatic intensity and tight colour. It highlights it the ripe black fruit aromas, white truffles scents, spices and great vanilla. It is a wine with a huge minerality, dry and closed tannins, and an intense freshness coming from its great acidity.
Quinta Nova Grainha Reserva is a structured and complex red wine from the Douro Region, with tight and powerful tannins, a great minerality and a wonderful acidity.
Ruby colour. Slight aroma of red fruit, soft flavor and young. Typical of the main grape varieties of the Alentejo Region.
Light violet color. The nose shows up sweet and elegant and very good aromatic identity. The aromas of the very ripe red fruit are predominant, the floral notes persist until the end. In the mouth it has good intensity, smooth, and well structured. The tannins are expressive but balanced, it has a persistent finish with a great freshness.
