Winemaking:
Mestre Daniel Talha XV is a red wine produced from the Tinta Grossa variety, an indigenous red variety from the Alentejo wine region. It was fermented with maceration and skin contact for 4 months, and fermentation took place in clay pots, without temperature control, and using indigenous yeasts. The wine was not subjected to any filtration or stabilization process until bottling

Mestre Daniel Talha XV is a complex, elegant and harmonious red wine from the Alentejo wine region. Exhibiting a great concentration of aromas of ripe black fruits, such as blackberries, cherries and black figs, combined with notes of delicious black plum jam with basil, mineral, earthy notes and other mineral nuances. It presents velvety and delicate tannins, silky texture and highly polished acidity.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 18ºC.
