Mestre Daniel Talha XV is a red wine produced from the Tinta Grossa variety, an indigenous red variety from the Alentejo wine region. It was fermented with maceration and skin contact for 4 months, and fermentation took place in clay pots, without temperature control, and using indigenous yeasts. The wine was not subjected to any filtration or stabilization process until bottling

Mestre Daniel Talha XV is a complex, elegant and harmonious red wine from the Alentejo wine region. Exhibiting a great concentration of aromas of ripe black fruits, such as blackberries, cherries and black figs, combined with notes of delicious black plum jam with basil, mineral, earthy notes and other mineral nuances. It presents velvety and delicate tannins, silky texture and highly polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 18ºC.
Taboadella Grande Villae is a red wine of enormous character, round and full, solid, with firm and austere tannins. It is complex, with subtle balsamic aromas, spicy notes and soft vanilla. The fruit is intensely aromatic, with notes of wild red fruits, ripe black fruits and herbaceous notes, extraordinary minerality and very elegant acidity.
Cortes de Cima Amphora is a wonderful red wine from the Alentejo fermented in amphoras of pure clay, (traditional clay vessels not coated with varnish). It features fantastic aromas of ripe red fruit with earthy notes offering depth and complexity. It has juicy and round tannins, and it has a long and fresh finish.
Niepoort Bastardo is a complex, aromatic, rich and lively red wine. It is a red wine full of freshness, showing aromas of wild red fruits, good minerality and solid but smooth tannins. It has medium structure and extraordinary acidity.
Bright grenade colour. Aromas with mineral notes, very delicate fruit. In the mouth it presents light notes to fine spices, smoked and balsamic notes. It is a wine with moderate acidity, light and balanced.
Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores is a red wine from the renowned wine producer of Dão, Casa de Santar. This is a firm and elegant wine with notes of berries and red fruits. In the mouth, it is fruity and soft but equally well structured, with a balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
Cortes de Cima Incógnito is an intense red wine, aromatic, enigmatic, of tannins closed and fruity and very soft. It features a bouquet of black fruits such as blackberries, cherries, plums and blueberries, smoked notes, nuances of minerals and extraordinary acidity.
