Prazo de Roriz, is a red wine from the Douro region with a mineral touch, notes of red fruits, raspberry, cherries and spices. It has a great balance between volume, structure and acidity.
Winemaking:
Prazo de Roriz is a red wine, produced with red grape varieties of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz from the Douro Region. The musts have being macerated, for a short period in contact of the stalks and the skins, in granitic tanks at low temperatures prior to being fermented in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures. The wine has maturated in new French oak barrels for 6 months, in contact with fine lees, and has been subjected to a regular stirring on the lasts 4 months prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.

Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz.
Tasting Notes:
Prazo de Roriz is a red wine from the highly respected Douro wines producer, Prats & Symington. It features very elegant notes of red fruit, vanilla and spices. In the mouth, it is very elegant, with balanced tannins and round acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
