Encontro 1 is a concentrated red wine with complex aromas from the Bairrada wine region. It is a red wine that displays intense aromas of ripe wild fruits, blackberry and blueberry compote and slight notes of spices and vanilla. It presents soft but solid tannins, full of fruit and sublime acidity.
Winemaking:
Campolargo Tinto is a red wine produced from red grapes of Baga and Touriga Nacional from the Bairrada wine region. After a gentle press, with total destemming, the grapes were fermented in used's oak vats at controlled temperatures. After this process, the wine has aged in new French oak barrels for 24 months prior to being bottled.

It is a wine full of aromatic density, expressing aromas of ripe wild fruits, notes of blackberries and black cherries, balsamic notes and spices. It presents soft and opulent tannins, fresh and mineral notes and vibrant and elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 15ºC-18ºC.
