For the production of this red wine from the region of Dão, Casa de Santar Reserve Red Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to fermentation vats with controlled temperature with frequent reruns. The fermentation lasted for about 5 days along with a skin maceration. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 10 months until bottling where it remained 6 months until its commercialization.

Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro e Tinta Roriz.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Brejinho da Costa Cabernet Sauvignon is an extraordinarily elegant and fine red wine from the Peninsula de Setubal wine region. It presents a fantastic aroma, with red berries, notes of vanilla and spices. With round and juicy tannins, it presents aromatic depth, freshness and very soft acidity.
Clear aspect and ruby colour with red nuances. The aroma is fine and elegant with notes of black fruits, jam and white chocolate. The flavour is soft, with a slight astringency, and balanced. Tannins are fruity, soft and structured. Elegant finish.
It has a deep ruby colour and a finely intense and harmonious bouquet, with a prevalence of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, black fruits and aromatic components (resin and tobacco). It has an elegant and harmonious finish.
Monsaraz Reserva is a very balanced and round red wine from the Alentejo region. Its elegant body features fruity and soft tannins. It shows density and voluptuousness in its structure and rich and intense aromas of ripe red fruits. It finishes with subtle notes of wood barrel and with a very assertive acidity.
Post Scriptum is an elegant wine with a deep garnet colour. It has a strong presence of black fruit as plums and cherries and it has an attractive resinous note. It's lush and round a slightly mineral underscored by a fine acidity.
Baga ao Sol Unoaked is a robust and structured red wine from the Alentejo wine region. It is a red wine with a silky structure, showing ripe aromas of red fruits, floral fragrances and mineral nuances. It has robust and voluptuous tannins, smooth acidity and an extremely balanced fruity core.
