Fagote Reserva is a wonderfully fresh and mineral red wine from the Douro region, dominated by fresh red fruits fragrances, of dry character with well-balanced hints of good wood, ripe red fruits, delicious vanilla, and a great acidity.
Winemaking:
Fagote Reserva is a red wine, produced from indigenous red grapes from the Douro region, of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Barroca. After a short period of maceration of 6 days, at cold, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and has stayed in new's French oak barrels for 18 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Fagote Reserva is an elegant and fresh red wine from the Douro region, dominated by intense red fruit aromas, scents of vanilla, balsamic notes, black chocolate hints very well poised by its mineral character alongside a fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
