Zom Colecção is a red wine of extraordinary elegance and of floral fragrances highlightening the violet scents in its on bouquet, and the aromas of ripe black fruits such as cherries, plum and blackberry. It presents soft balsamic aromas, soft wood scents, mineral features and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Zom Colecção is a red wine, produced with autocthonous red grapes of Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca from the Douro wine region. After a short maceration of 2 days, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for further 20 days. 80% of the batch has trasferred to French oak barrels, for 18 months, in contact of fine lees where it has been subjected to a regular stirring, and the other part has stayed in stainless steel tanks prior to being blended. The wine has stayed for one year in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Zom Colecção is an elegant and floral red wine, featuring fragrances of spring and violet flowers, fresh fruit and mineral notes. The expressive fruit the cherry, wild fruits and plum, complements itself extraordinarily with nuances of spices, soft wood and mineral notes. Of ripe and succulent tannins, it finishes with an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
