Chão dos Eremitas Tinta Carvalha is a red wine from the Alentejo region of great elegance, fine structure and open aromatic bouquet. It exudes aromas of wild red fruits, with a predominance of aromas of raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants, together with mineral notes, balsamic nuances and vigorous and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Chão dos Eremitas Tinta Carvalha is a red wine produced with Tinta Carvalha, an aucthotonous red grapes from the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in oak vats, at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, the wine was macerated for 40 days and then has been transferred to stainless steel vats where it was stayed, for 12 months, prior to being bottled.

Chão dos Eremitas Tinta Carvalha is an elegant and fine red wine, with a very mineral structure, a delicate and open bouquet, highlighting wild red fruit aromas, delicate flower hints and it ends into a perfect well-defined acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
