Monte de Pinheiros is an elegant, fruity red wine that displays aromas of ripe red fruits, delicate floral aromas and well-defined mineral notes along with extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Monte de Pinheiros is a red wine produced with red grapes of Aragonez, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, and Syrah planted in the Alentejo region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to small stainless steel vats for 8 months, where it stayed in contact with lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Monte de Pinheiros is a fruity, fresh and mineral red wine. It displays notes of wild red fruits and wild berries, very ripe, along with delicate floral nuances and elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
