Intense ruby red color. Deep, complex nose, very aromatic, without any overlapping aroma. In the mouth it is exuberant and has an excellent elegance, integrated in the wood. Very long finish.
Winemaking:
Manual harvesting and careful selection of the grape's batchs. Thermal shock followed by a trodden by foot for 4 hours in granite vats. The wort is transferred to small cellar capacity with temperature control. Each grape varietie is vinified separately. Maturated in french oak barrels before bottling.
